Yoshimi , a divorced mother, moves with her daughter into a cheap apartment in a Tokyo suburb, in a pretty creepy and derelict old building. Nasty damp patches on the walls have a spooky life of their own, stuff oozes from the ceiling and foul water pours from the taps…but his is just the beginning of this scary, creepy classic movie nightmare.
